Features:

The traditional recycling of the EVA leftovers is usually using the crushing machine

(22kW), and then mixing through the mill; the hour capacity is about 100kg and

needs 3-4 workers. The high temperature extrusion is easy to make dead material,

and reduce the coefficient of recovery. This machine adopts the high-speed,

water cooling synthesized system, the main motor power is 37KW, the hour capacity

is about 100kg-180kg(according to the material), and just need one worker. The

manufactured Eva Powder is fine and elastic. The traditional craftwork can only

add 12kg once, but our machine can add to 15kg each time that is more electric,

workers, material saving and make more profit for the costumers. This machine's

working temperature is about 60 centigrade, makes the powder fine and elastic,

the manufactured plank stuff used it can be 3mm thicker than the traditional. The

machine can help the material frothing factory create profit at least USA250 per

day

Operation:

This machine adopted the high-speed water cooling grinding wheel

1. Before starting the machine, it must first open the cooling water, then open the

two fans, vibrating screen, at last open the main machine

2. After the main machine started, open the feeding motor to feed the material. If

the scraps block during the feeding, open the reversal switch, and take off the

excrescent material

3. It needs to grinding about one hour, do not feed material again. Stop the first

fan and open the observed hole. After the fan is totally stopped, if there is

rough material, take it out and feed scraps again

4. If the vibrating screen was blocked by the rough materials, it should pick them

out. There is a rocking handle above the dust collection hole which should be

shook every two hours in order to make the filter ventilate, so that the vibrating

screen is not easy to spit the material

5. When the powder reach the 2/3 height of the mixing bucket, it needs to open the

mixing bucket to mixing the powder even, so that the material manufactured won't

have color different, and the quality is more stable

6. The speed of the feeding material is based on the electric current of the whole

plant, normally is about 80A
